Shipping Policy

1. Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation when your order is placed and a follow-up once it ships.

2. Transit estimates

After processing, estimated delivery windows are:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–8 business days;
• International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, and peak seasons can extend delivery times.

3. Fulfilled by supplier

Some products are fulfilled by our suppliers on our behalf and ship directly from their facilities. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments at different times, at no extra cost to you.

4. Free shipping

Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S. The threshold is calculated on the order subtotal before taxes.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll provide tracking where available. You can also view recent orders on your My Orders page.
