Refund Policy

1. 30-day returns

We want you to keep only what you love. You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In their original, unused condition;
• In the original packaging where applicable;
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (your order number).

Certain items — such as final-sale goods and personal-care products — may not be eligible. Any exclusions are noted on the product page.

3. How to start a return

Email lc@commercialcache.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll respond with return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving instructions.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

5. Return shipping

Unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the error was ours, we'll cover the cost.

6. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
